Hesham A. Baky, D.D.S.
Dr. Baky has been a resident of North Carolina since 1991 and has been living in Morrisville since 2002. He and his wife Aya, have been blessed with 4 kids, Amir, Zain, Rami and Mira.
Dr. Baky is very interested in the latest technologies in dentistry and takes more than double the state requirement of continuing education to keep abreast in the latest in the dental field. He is certified in Invisalign, Lumineers, and Sedation dentistry. Any free time away from dentistry is spent with the family and volunteering in various community activities. He serves on the board of directors for the Mariam Clinic, a free clinic for the underserved in Raleigh. He also organizes a yearly health fair for the historic Method community, also located in Raleigh. Dr. Baky enjoys playing basketball, volleyball, and football.
Dr Baky was recently recognized as one of the Top 40 Dentists Under 40 by Incisal Edge, the leading lifestyle magazine for dental professionals nationwide. The edition will be published later this fall.

Jonathan Boes, D.D.S.
Dr. Jonathan Boes was born in Fayetteville, NC and he currently resides in North Raleigh with his wife Aimee and daughters Elizabeth and Emilia. He attended college in Cleveland, OH at Case Western Reserve University where he obtained a Bachelors and Masters degree in Computer Engineering. In 1996, he moved to Raleigh and worked in RTP for various telecommunications startups, designing embedded software. Dr. Boes later decided to pursue a career in dentistry and graduated in 2007 from the University of Chapel Hill with a Doctorate in Dental Surgery.
He continued his advanced training in implant placement, bone grafting and sinus lifting under Dr. Carl Misch, Dr. Mark Hunt, Dr. Glenn Reside, Dr. Matthew Hopfesperger, Dr. David Simpson and Dr. John Russo. He attended many courses including the Misch International Implant Institute, Triangle Dental Institute, Cadaver Bone and Soft Tissue Grafting, and Oral Sedation. He earned his fellowship with the International Congress of Oral Implantologist (IOCI). During his career, he has performed thousands of bone grafts and implant placements.
Dr. Boes (General Dentist) has maintained a private practice in which he has concentrated training in the following aspects of oral surgery: Wisdom Tooth Extractions, Implant Placement and Restoration, Sinus Lifts, Bone Grafts and IV Sedation.

Nada Salem, D.D.S.
Dr. Nada Salem grew up in the Triangle area and has also lived in Alexandria, Egypt, where she became fluent in Arabic.
Dr. Salem earned a BS degree in Biochemistry from NCSU and her dental degree from UNC at Chapel Hill. During her college years, she enjoyed playing intramural flag football and was a 3-time champion of the UNC Women’s Flag Football league.
While serving as the National Cleft Palate Leader for a non-profit organization, which served the Sudanese area of Khartoum, Dr. Salem found her passion in dentistry. She has visited 19 countries and has provided oral care to high-need populations across the globe. Dr. Salem’s goal is to educate and provide comprehensive high-quality oral care to all.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out, traveling, and exploring new cuisines.

Joseph Short, D.M.D.
Dr. Joseph Short was born in Raleigh, NC and currently lives in Cary with his fiancée, Roni. He attended college at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill where he obtained his BA in Journalism and Mass Communication. After working for several years in RTP doing clinical research he decided to go back to school to pursue a career in dentistry, receiving a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from UNC-Chapel Hill.
He takes a special interest in the dental treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea for which he completed a mini-residency at UNC-Chapel Hill. Dr. Short also managed a dental Sleep Clinic.
Dr. Short enjoys building relationships with his patients and treats all of his patients as if they were his own family. When not practicing dentistry he is an avid athlete and outdoorsman who enjoys woodworking, basketball, hiking, fishing, and spending time with his two dogs, Birdie and Levi.

Robert Long, D.D.S.
Dr. Long was born and raised in Monroe, North Carolina. He got his undergraduate degree from UNC, and then decided to stay in Chapel Hill to pursue dentistry.
After dental school, he worked in a local community health center treating our underserved population in the Triangle before deciding to go get more training so he could take on more complex cases. Dr. Long went on to be a resident at the Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University, where he gained extensive experience in IV sedation, implant placement, bone grafting, and wisdom tooth extraction. He loves doing surgery and using sedation to treat his most anxious patients.
When not at work, Dr. Long enjoys scuba diving, snowboarding, and discovering all the local foodie spots in the Triangle with his fiancée Megan. Together, they take every opportunity to travel abroad and expand their horizons.

Shima Mohsen-Pour, D.D.S.
Dr. Shima Mohsen-Pour grew up in Toronto, Canada. She completed an Honors BSc in Pharmacology at McGill University, where she met her husband. She earned her D.D.S. degree at New York University College of Dentistry, receiving several awards and distinctions during her study.
Dr. Mohsen-Pour served the disadvantaged community of rural New Mexico before moving to Chicago and working in private practices in midtown and uptown areas. She is excited to call Raleigh home since 2003.
Dr. Mohsen-Pour believes that dentistry offers her a unique opportunity to combine her extensive education in medical sciences with her deep admiration for refined visual arts. She is actively advancing her knowledge and honing her skills in all fields of dentistry and state-of-the-art dental technologies through regularly attending hands-on and online professional courses. She also engages in periodic seminars with distinguished NYU dental faculty and alumni to discuss latest techniques and products. Dr. Moshen-Pour is a member of the American Dental Association, Canadian Dental Association, Illinois Dental Society, Academy of Operative Dentistry, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. On her free time, Dr. Mohsen Pour enjoys traveling, roller skating and swimming.
