Randi is the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had! She’s so sweet and kind, and always makes sure to ask me about my tooth concerns! Never had someone who makes me feel so comfortable in a dentist office and confident in my oral hygiene haha!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting my dental hygienist, Ashleigh, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked into the clinic, Ashleigh's warm and welcoming demeanor put me at ease. She is incredibly professional and has a genuine passion for her work, which is evident in the meticulous care she provides.

Ashleigh took the time to explain each step of the cleaning process, ensuring I was comfortable and informed. Her attention to detail and gentle touch made the experience both thorough and pleasant. I appreciated her ability to educate me on maintaining optimal oral health without making me feel overwhelmed.

I new to Triangle Family Dentistry over 7+ years ago when I moved to Apex and saw Ashleigh as my dental hygienist. She was professional, warm, friendly and did an amazing job with my cleaning and has for 7 years. I have since moved my daughter over to seeing her because I trust her so much. Randi is the best hygienist bar none. She's very gentle and exceptionally precise with the water scaler, ensuring that there's not a single drop of water dripping down my neck. From x-rays to cleanings, Randi makes the entire process extremely comfortable. As an avid coffee drinker, I appreciate that she never lectures me about coffee stains. Randi is the best hygienist around and I'm grateful to have her as my dental care provider.

This was so amazing. I am a big baby when it comes to the dentist. Most people might send me to another. But dr. Leech and all his people were absolutely wonderful. The minute I walked in to the office. I was greeted by everyone like I was PRINCESS. I AM BUT THEY DIDNT KNOW. BUT WOW I FELT SO COMFORTABLE AND ASSURED THAT THIS PROCEDURE OF ONE PULL OUT, IMPLANT AND A CAP ON ANOTHER TOOTH was gonna be a piece of cake. Which it was. WHEN I GOT HOME and the anesthesia wore off, I thought for sure I would need the pain killers. In fact I called the doctor and he said. Let’s just see. Well I didn’t need them. I couldn’t been happier. I hope everyone would have such a wonderful experience as I did. So Thanks a billion

Truly the most incredible dental experience. I have a little anxiety about dental work and I was so comfortable and at ease the whole time. I needed a crown and Dr Leech and Julia were a dream team. They thoroughly explained everything that was happening, ensured I wasn’t in any pain or discomfort every step of the way and were such a bright light. The office was not only beautiful but clean and comfortable, the staff was so kind and helpful and I couldn’t have had a better experience. 10/10!

Ashleigh, RDH was incredible! Her skill and 20 years of expertise was extremely evident throughout my time with her. She was able to provide wonderful care and education. She didn’t even hesitate to schedule an appt during her lunch break since there was no other availability in the near future. Much appreciated!

Dr. Bilzi was also extremely warm and caring, both personally and professionally. She gave excellent recommendations, estimates, and education and even made sure to consider finances and provide accurate estimates before any procedures and before being asked.

The entire facility is clean, welcoming, and pleasant and everyone there is extremely helpful from the front desk/checkout desk to the professionals at the chair. Highly recommend this practice and their patient-centered care!

Recently came in for a cleaning and this team is outstanding!! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted right away and felt welcome. The office is clean and well kept which added to the positive experience. The dental work was painless, efficient and got me in and out within the hour!! The admin team was the best and I loved how polite and respectful they were to all my questions. I will definitely be coming back here!!

Triangle has been our Dentist office since moving from New Jersey to Apex, NC. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They have given a number if suggestions to improve my smile

I have been going to the Kelly Rd location for about 6 years. Service is great overall but Maria by exceeds expectations when it comes to customer service. I have sensitive gums and she always cleans my teeth gently and thoroughly. The most difficult part about her cleanings is trying to stay awake until she is finished. She has a wonderful personality, is very professional, and cares about her patients. I now exclusively schedule my appointments with her. I hope that she stays at this location. She deserves a bonus or raise!

I came here for an issue with my back tooth; and was met with such kindness and gentleness. What an amazing experience from the moment I walked in the door!! Very little wait time. Comfortable setting.

I recently had a root canal and crown done at the Apex office. I have a bit of "dental fear" and Dr. Leech and Marina did a great job of helping me feel at ease. Both procedures went very smoothly thanks to the kindness and professionalism I was shown. Kudos to Dr. Leach, Marina and the office staff who answered all my questions and made sure I received excellent care!

I really enjoyed my experience here. My hygienist, Maria, was SUPER professional in answering all of my questions and explaining after-care procedures. The doctors were cheerful, and I was greeted with a smile at the front desk. I’ll be bringing my family back!

I would like to give a major shoutout to Dr. Leech, the assistant that assisted him with my procedures in yesterday, and Office Manager Lisa. I came in as a new patient a few weeks ago and advised I needed 2 root canals, a filling, and a wisdom tooth removal. I’ve never had major dental work done and I was literally petrified. They prescribed me some meds to take the day before and the morning of. The day of my procedure and during the procedure Dr. Leech and his assistant were top notch and made my experience so easy and as painless as possible. The only part that hurt the most was being stuck by the needles after that I was able to relax a little more and get this 3 hr process completed without having to stop them. Even when I felt a little pain I alerted them and he numbed me a little more and I was able to successfully complete everything. Day after only bare minimal pain but only from the extraction area no pain from the root canal. I very grateful and thankful that I selected your office for my dental needs. Lisa, was amazing with communication and the financial aspects of things. You have a patient for life. Thank you thank you thank you.

Had my cavity filled. Not a fun experience but the Dental assistant (Kenshe Mitchell) was nice and made me feel comfortable.

Fantastic beautiful office with quick efficient staff. Ashleigh did my daughters cleaning and she is very kind, fun and gentle handed. She definitely knows how to work well with kids and entertain them while educating them. Highly recommend

This is the best dentist office I’ve ever been too, and that’s a lot coming from someone who hates the dentist. The staff is incredible and super friendly especially Ashleigh and Dr.Leech. Also they did a great job with my wisdom teeth removal.

Big thanks to Dr. Nimmagadda and all the staff for treating my mom’s dental emergency quickly and professionally. My mom was nervous going in as she expected doctors to sell us unnecessary and expensive treatment. I was relieved to see a professional who focused on solving the problem and treating my mom with respect and care. This made her day and mine too. We are also established patients at the Brier Creek practice. Doctors and staff there are amazing and always take care of my family needs with utmost care.

Love this dental practice. The reception staff is super friendly and helpful, starting from the phone calls and texts they send you about your appointment or insurance. My dental hygienist (Randi) is AMAZING! Just went for my 6-mo checkup today, and was reminded of how friendly and technically skilled she is, which motivated me to write a review. She's the nicest, most efficient, most highly skilled (quick, but paid 110% attention to detail) dental hygienist I've ever had, and is such an asset to this practice. If she ever goes to another dental practice, I'm going too! Billing staff at the end of your appointment are helpful and friendly, too! Being a patient here will make you actually LOOK FORWARD to going to the dentist's.
