Brian Leech, D.M.D.
Brian Leech, D.M.D.Dr. Leech was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois (go Cubs!). After spending most of their summer vacations on the North Carolina coast, Dr. Leech and his family were excited to relocate much closer to the beach! He lives in Raleigh with his daughter Owen and son Jack.
He completed the General Practice Residency program in 2014 at Georgia Regents University in Augusta, Georgia. During residency, Dr. Leech gained a tremendous amount of experience providing intravenous (IV) sedation, dental implants, wisdom tooth removal, and full-mouth rehabilitation. Dr. Leech enjoys treating a wide variety of guests, including guests with dental anxiety.
When Dr. Leech is not at the office, he enjoys spending time with his family at the beach and giving back through various volunteer opportunities such the NC Mission of Mercy (MOM) clinics.

Swetha Nimmagadda, D.M.D.
Swetha Nimmagadda, D.M.D.Dr. Nimmagadda grew up in Delaware. From a young age, she knew she wanted to help people and become a Dentist. Following her high school graduation, she attended an accelerated dental program at Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA, where she received a major in Biology and minor in Religion Studies. She then studied at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in Philadelphia, PA, during which time she served as a student representative for the American Student Dental Association (ASDA). After her time in the city of brotherly love, she returned to Allentown, PA, for a general practice residency of Lehigh Valley Health Network, where she engaged in advanced dental training and provided treatment to medically complex, geriatric, and pediatric patients. She also gained experiences in treating extensive dental emergencies through her time covering a Level 1 Trauma center. After residency, she moved to North Carolina to escape the winters of PA, and she is thrilled to be practicing with the team at TFD!
She enjoys building relationships with patients and helping them to achieve their dental goals. She seeks to provide empathetic care and to educate her patients to help them make well-informed decisions about their care. She seeks to continue learning more about the latest dental technologies and techniques through continuing education.
Outside of the office, Dr. Nimmagadda likes spending time with her friends and family. She enjoys playing strategy board games, travelling, paddleboarding, watching musicals, reading, collecting candles, and playing badminton.
Nicole Bilzi, D.M.D., F.A.G.D.
Nicole Bilzi, D.M.D., F.A.G.D.Dr. Bilzi moved to Carolina Beach, North Carolina in 1996, having lived in New Hampshire and Western New York previously. She attended UNC-Chapel Hill where she earned a B.S. in Biology and Minor in Italian. While in undergrad she studied abroad in Florence, Italy for the summer which helped her realize her love for travel and exploring the world. If Dr. Bilzi is out of the office, she is most likely on some adventure and checking off another item on her Life’s Must Do list.
She moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to attend Temple University’s Kornberg School of Dentistry to earn her DMD. While she enjoyed her time in Philly, hiking and biking around the city, she decided to return to NC and complete the Advanced Education in General Dentistry Program at UNC-Chapel Hill. Dr. Bilzi is dedicated to lifelong learning and in 2021 she earned her Fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry. She plans to continue working toward Mastership with the Academy of General Dentistry in an effort to stay current with the latest trends in dentistry.
Dr. Bilzi enjoys working with patients of all ages. She strives to make patients feel comfortable in the dental chair and provide high quality dentistry.
Outside the office, Dr. Bilzi lives in Pittsboro and spends time with her husband, Tony, two sons Oliver and Walter, and their two cats, Lady and Reesie.

Christine Kim, D.M.D.
Christine Kim, D.M.D.Dr. Christine Kim graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor of Science degree and then received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Kentucky.
Dr. Kim enjoys a broad scope of general dentistry and has a conservative approach to treatment planning that can provide patients with the least invasive way to restore smiles in proper function and esthetics.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Kim enjoys relaxing in nature with a cup of coffee. Her favorite holiday is Christmas for gathering with friends and family under beautiful decorations everywhere.
