We have used Triangle Family Dentistry for many years and have found them to be professional, efficient, and helpful. Although in this day and age with dental practices becoming more and more corporate owned and operated, TFD does a good job of still treating patients in a friendly, familiar manner.
Perhaps most importantly in this day and age of confusing insurance coverage and red-tape, I have found their treatment consultants extremely helpful and informed when it comes to what to expect with certain expensive procedures (such as crowns and implants) as it pertains to my families coverage.
I have a relative that is still a sole practitioner dentist, which I respect and wish there were more of, but TFD does a good job of giving that feel as best they can given the economics of today's medical professional business model.

Procedures always explained thoroughly and have always went seamlessly for me. Kind staff and very helpful all around.

The front office staff is always welcoming and friendly, which makes scheduling appointments a breeze. During my most recent visit, I had the pleasure of seeing hygienist Anne. She was incredibly friendly, took the time to explain everything, and did an excellent job with my cleaning. We’re so happy to have found such a great dental practice!

Dr. Pour and Sasha were great. Sasha especially made this dental experience the best I’ve ever had. I have a lot of anxiety surrounding dentists and they both put me at ease. Sasha even showed me how to floss correctly and gave me tips and pointers on how to better take care of my teeth. Highly recommend.

This practice is excellent. Upon arrival, you can see the practice is well staffed, and there is very little wait to get checked in and to be seen by the dental hygienist.

I made the appt after an unexpected tooth crisis. Not only did they squeeze me in quickly but during the consultation I was given detailed information as to what my options were and what to expect. Even though it was not the news I was hoping for, Dr. Boes was SO patient and took as much as I needed to be sure I felt comfortable with what the next steps would be. I was a patient of TFD in the past but had since moved away. I chose to get my mouth surgery and future services with the team at TFD because of how thorough and informative they are. It was such a good experience during a pretty stressful situation! I highly recommend their team!

They are pretty good overall. They do all the basics and they also do some periodontal work. As long as you go with what they tell you to do, you will be fine. But if you go out of their usual flow (even if it makes sense from your perspective), things could get messy, confusing and even end up in a situation where they tell you one thing, but it's not recorded in the patient record so that your expectation is different from their expectation. So make sure you see whatever you've discussed with them is added to the record if it's important.

The next part is just for my own record for the future.. they could not give this statement to me in writing, but they did tell me that even if I don't follow their recommendation on treatments (for whatever reasons - i.e. financial and etc), they will continue to treat me when I come in and they will NOT stop treating me.

I first made the switch to TFD from my family dentistry after changing jobs and relocating back home. Christian and Dr. Bows were so welcoming and considerate. They gave me tips to support my dental hygiene.

I have seen Dr Long twice. Very positive experiences both times. He is great at explaining recommendations he has regarding preventative care. He provides his personal advice but gives options at different price points. Gave honest advice that made me feel comfortable trusting him without feeling like unnecessary services were being pushed on me.
Miller was my dental hygienist. He was extremely personable, friendly and gentle! He was very thorough with answering my questions as well.

I have been going to this location for over a year and have been very happy with the care that I have received. In my past (other dentists) I had had 2 failed implants so I was hesitant about further treatments. Dr. Chang was very reassuring and explained an alternative treatment. I went with her recommendation and got a bridge. The process was not painful and Dr. Chang was very detail oriented to ensure that it fit perfectly and arranged follow ups to make any adjustments. I really appreciated how thorough she was and definitely felt well cared for. This practice has always been able to fit me into appointments quickly and the entire staff is friendly and welcoming.

I recently had a fantastic experience at the brier creek location . The office was clean and modern making my husband and I at ease. The dental team was thorough in their examinations and took the time to answer any questions or concerns we had. We was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism we received. Clean, professional office with friendly staff. It's on the second floor. Stairs and elevator available. Free parking. No problems with my insurance. The dental staff made recommendations, but didn't pressure me into buying unnecessary products or treatments. They also have a coffee machine in the lobby!

So I am typically terrified of the dentist - yet today.... This experience was top tier. As a millennial I appreciate efficiency and transparency whenever I visit any kind of business. Although they were busy at the time of my scheduled appointment - I came in, filled my paperwork out and was seen RIGHT at the time of my scheduled appointment. (HUGE PLUS) My dental hygienist was sincerely a gift from God, the universe, whatever deity you chose to believe in - she exceeded my expectations. She was gentle, she was personable, she was knowledgeable and she also made me feel better about being terrified of the dentist. (She also verified my benefits prior to doing any services - If you know, you know). My dentist was GREAT on top of that. (Shout out to no cavities!!) Anyways - great dentist, transparent, quick and the vibe was nice. 10/10 recommend.

Received a perfectly-fitted crown on lower molar with no pain! Nice surprise that the core build-up was unnecessary, so saved those dollars at checkout. Very accommodating the next day correcting my error in not presenting my insurance card to cover part of the cost. Recommend!

I've been going here since the office opened & my kids came here since they were toddlers. Now even though we moved, & one is now a high schooler, we make the trip here for their clinical team's attentiveness & thoroughness. Bonus: Kids get tokens for a vending machine with neat little toys afterwards. improvement I'd suggest is to ask for a consistent hygienist if you'd like one. It improved our experience & continuity of care significantly.

I have been going here for my dental services for several years now and have only once been only slightly disappointed. Their staff is always friendly and helpful and I really appreciate the advance communication. They even give an out of pocket cost to you on the reminder call. The only issue I've had was on a recent visit for a cleaning they did an optical kind of scan of my teeth and failed to let me know it wasn't covered by insurance before doing the scan. I only found out about it later when reviewing the EoB from the insurance company. It wasn't a huge cost or anything but I'll be sure to ask about anything like that ahead of time from now on. Otherwise, the services have been top notch and I'm very happy with their practice. Thanks for the excellent care!
