Dr. McNeal
Dr. McNealDr. McNeal moved to NC in 2010 to attend UNC Dental school and has made NC his home since. He is a graduate from the Milwaukee School of Engineering with a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering. Post-graduation he worked for the Newport News Shipbuilding company and was a design engineer for both Nimitz class Naval Nuclear Aircraft Carriers as well as Virginia Class Nuclear submarines. He later joined the Northrop Grumman Space Systems and was the lead design engineer on the Naval Ballistic Missile Trident D5 program as an internal insulation specialist. In 2008 he decided to pursue a career in dentistry and Graduated from Weber State University with a Post Bachelors in Microbiology. He attended the UNC School of Dentistry from 2010-2014 and graduated with honors.
Dr. McNeal has received training in complex surgical extractions, including Wisdom
teeth removal. He also has advanced training in implantology and is a licensed IV
sedation practitioner with experience performing surgeries in the Hospital OR as well as
private practice. Dr. McNeal is knowledgeable and equipped to manage all aspects of
dentistry from the most straightforward to the complex full mouth rehabilitation.
On a personal note, Dr. McNeal’s favorite time is spent with his family of three children;
Tyson, Rebecca, and AJ. They enjoy the outdoors hiking, four wheeling, and rock or
fossil hunting. They are also Carolina Hurricane fans and try not to miss a game!

Dr. Bell
Dr. BellDr. Akeadra Bell is a native of Elizabeth City, NC. She received her undergraduate degree at Elizabeth City State University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S in Chemistry. She obtained her Doctorate of Dental Medicine Degree from East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine, graduating in 2020. Dedicated to her craft, she went on to pursue further training through NYU Langone Hospitals at Grady Hospital and Ben Massell Dental Clinic in Atlanta, Ga earning her Advanced Education in General Dentistry Certificate. Since graduation from Residency Dr. Bell has practiced dentistry in Apex, NC. She is excited to join the Triangle Family Dentistry family and practice closer to home.
Dr. Bell is dedicated to continuing education and furthering her training to provide excellent comprehensive care to her patients. She is dedicated to treating each patients’ needs and creating a safe, uplifting environment. She is skilled in all areas of dentistry including restorations, crowns, bridges, extractions, anterior and premolar root canals, implants, removable partials and dentures and Invisalign. She is most passionate about cosmetics and loves transforming smiles!
Dr. Bell is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the National Dental Association and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Outside of her time spent in the office, she takes pride in mentoring youth aspiring to be Dentists and serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at ECU School of Dental Medicine.
In her free time Dr. Bell loves to spend time with family and friends, shop and travel. She loves exploring new places, learning the culture and trying new food.
Dr. Heydary
Dr. HeydaryDr. Ali Heydary, a native of Cary, North Carolina, graduated summa cum laude from North Carolina State University with an undergraduate degree in Finance and a minor in Biology. His passion for dentistry led him to pursue a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the prestigious University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Following his doctoral studies, Dr. Heydary further honed his skills and expertise by completing advanced education in general dentistry at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.
During his time in dental school, Dr. Heydary’s compassion for underserved communities drove him to establish the Dyor Clinic for Refugees in Raleigh, NC. This clinic operates monthly with the mission of reducing barriers to dental care for vulnerable populations, showcasing Dr. Heydary’s commitment to humanitarian efforts alongside his professional pursuits.
Committed to lifelong learning and staying at the forefront of his field, Dr. Heydary is skilled in a wide range of dental procedures, including anterior and posterior root canals, implant placement, IV sedation, crowns, removable prosthetics, and Invisalign treatments. His dedication to excellence is reflected in his active membership in esteemed professional organizations such as the American Academy of Endodontists, Academy of General Dentistry, and Academy for Sports Dentistry.
Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Heydary generously shares his knowledge and experience as an active adjunct faculty member for the UNC school of Dentistry. In his free time, he enjoys giving back to his community and staying involved in educational initiatives, further solidifying his commitment to the advancement of dentistry and the well-being of those he serves.
